Mine is direct from my Mum...taking Vitamin E capsules orally is good to help moisturise skin from the inside out!
One from my nursing is zinc is also great for our skin...inside and out
Crack a Vitamin E capsule, and apply to scars, also helps fast track scar healing/ improvement too!
Tip# make sure your scar is clean of oil, lotions, creams before applying your Silikan Tape to your scar!!
