Tasmania

I was lucky enough to have spent a week in Tasmania, catching up with old friends and experiencing beautiful Tasmania's best weather. The above pic is of part of Constitution Dock , Waterfront in Hobart. Absolutely a must if you get to Hobart, it is full of interesting restaurants, with ultra fresh seafood, artfully created dishes to enjoy, plus close by is Salamanca Market and shops held on Saturday mornings, brimming with handcrafted artwork, gifts, unique Tassy foods, wines and beers= Go there! If you get bored with all of that..visit MONA (a truly Adult Art museum, with an everchanging itinerary and displays) . We caught up in 'The Den' which is in Salamanca Place, right on the waterfront...drinks, great meals, thoughtfully decorated with upstairs , live music.. I enjoyed a pear, caramelised walnut salad= yummo

I consider catch ups with my friends so important, so healing!

I wish you all much valuable spent time with your chosen friends or loved ones.

Warmest thoughts

Lisa R
